Citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova 🇦🇲🇧🇾🇬🇪🇲🇩
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, but do not meet any criteria from the above section “You DON’T need a work permit in the following situations”, you need a declaration of entrusting work to a foreigner (PSZ-OPWP - in Polish, it's "Oświadczenie o powierzeniu wykonywania pracy cudzoziemcowi") from the Employment Office. Without it, you can’t legally work in Poland - you have to wait until the Employment Office confirms that PSZ-OPWP is ready.
❗ The declaration is submitted by Appjobs. When done, Work Office has 7 days to approve it. The Work Office requires 100 PLN to prepare such declaration - we will deduct from your settlements after you start working.
➡️ To prepare such declaration, Appjobs needs:
- Confirmation of legal stay in Poland - your passport (all filled pages of the passport) and a visa or residence card.
