No, an Xpress Delivery courier does not need to be a professional driver. It is sufficient if they own their own means of transport - a car, scooter or bicycle. The vehicle does not need to be specially marked. You can even deliver by taking public transport, as long as you pick up and deliver your order in 1.5 hours!
