We have prepared a comparison of wages at Wolt based on anonymous information obtained from 729 Wolt couriers from all over Poland. We received the most data from people from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (280) and the least from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (3). People from the following voivodeships did not participate in the preparation of statistics: Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podlaskie, Lubuskie, Opolskie and Świętokrzyskie Voivodeships, where Wolt is not yet popular enough.

How much Wolt pays per hour?
In Poland, a Wolt courier earns on average 34,41 PLN gross per hour. The highest remuneration can be expected by those from the Małopolskie Voivodeship, where the average amount per hour is as high as 40,02 PLN. And what are the lowest earnings in Wolt? According to our statistics, they amount to 24,23 PLN per hour and refer to Wolters from the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.
We can suspect that the highest hourly earnings in the Małopolskie Voivodeship apply mainly to Kraków - a large city besieged by tourists all year round. Earnings in Wolt in this area may also have to do with ordering food from Kraków to the surrounding smaller towns.
And how much is earned with Wolt in the rest of the country? Gross hourly earnings are between 24-36 PLN per hour. The highest pay of more than 30 PLN gross can be expected by people from the Lower Silesian, Mazowieckie and Pomorskie Voivodeships - note that all these voivodeships have large agglomerations (Wrocław, Warsaw, Tricity), as does Kraków in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. This adds up to a logical puzzle: the more population, the more orders (higher demand), and therefore higher total earnings in Wolt.

The highest payment for a single order can be received in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - it is 20,46 PLN gross. This value may depend on high competition, which is a result of a large population living in the Silesian agglomeration, which means a large number of couriers and ordering parties.
And how do Wolt earnings compare with other voivodeships? Earnings in Wolt are on average between 14 and 20 PLN for a single order. Only in three voivodeships average earnings per hour fall below 15 PLN (Śląskie, Dolnośląskie and Wielkopolskie). Just below the leading voivodeship, i.e. the Lubelskie Voivodeship, the best results are recorded in the Podkarpackie and Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeships (over 20 PLN per order).
As in the case of average earnings per hour, a logical pattern can be seen here - less populated voivodeships mean fewer orders (less demand) and therefore fewer couriers, so Wolt offers higher earnings per single order to encourage them to deliver.
